Helmsley Park Lane Hotel
The Helmsley Park Lane Hotel, across the street from New York’s Central Park, needed a graphic renovation to complement its physical renovation. We updated the hotel’s logo, keeping in mind the need to retain the historical value of the Helmsley brand. We also designed and produced interior and exterior signage to complement the renovations.
The hotel restaurant, formerly known as A Room with a View, also needed a rebranding to better fit the modern updates to its physical space. We suggested a renaming to The Park Room and created a logo that incorporated an abstract detail of the trees in Central Park. We designed sleek, simple menus that could be updated by the restaurant staff as needed. We also designed and produced customized wooden menu and check holders.
The hotel bar, Harry’s New York, also needed a brand update that reflected Harry’s history. We revised the logo to be slightly more modern and appealing and we redesigned the menus.
